Network Manhattan 2012
The Undergraduate Finance Association in partnership with the Carnegie Mellon Career Center, the Tepper School of Business, and the Computational Finance Department invites you to a summer alumni networking event in New York City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at the conference center on the 4th Floor of 55 Broad Street in the financial district in New York.
In addition to informal networking, there will be an alumni panel who will discuss the opportunities and challenges of careers in the financial service industry. Moderating the panel will be Dr. Milton Cofield, Executive Director, Undergraduate Business Program at the Tepper School. Our panelists will include:
Jeff Andreski (BS/TPR '92) Managing Director, Head of U.S. Convertible Bond Trading, Goldman Sachs & Co.
Ashish Jain (BS/TPR '03), Managing Director, Head of Securitised Product Sales, North America, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
Jay Huang (BS/MCS '00), Managing Director, Global CDO and Distressed SIV Trading, Citi, Inc.
Albert Lin (BS/TPR '03), Director, USD Rates Exotics, Barclays Capital
All Tepper School and Carnegie Mellon alumni in the financial services industry are invited to come and interact with undergraduate students who are participating in summer internships in New York. Joining us from Pittsburgh will be: Jennifer Frick, Assistant Director and Career Consultant at the Career and Professional Development Center at Carnegie Mellon University; and John Sengenberger, Executive Director of Alumni Relations at the Tepper School of Business.
Cost: Entrance and appetizers are free however students and alumni are asked to RSVP in advance.
